We finally got the courage to go out and start looking, but we didn’t know where to start.This book has been a blessing. The biggest eye opener has been closing costs. The author said buyers would “freak out” about closing costs at some point, and I freaked out while reading! The author said it is normal to freak out about closing costs and that’s why he put it in the book so early. It’s also been really helpful for navigating the internet, and it even helped us find our relator. I am very pleased.

By Kenneth cooley As a person who has never bought a home, this has helped me understand many things I really had no knowledge of before. I know what I need to do to get things started( before I really thought I just called the number on the sign, silly me). I also thought I could do things myself. I know better now and also know how much more I need to get together so that I'm not disappointed or freak out when I do start the process of buying a home. It is not a boring read by no means, I actually laughed through it and couldn't stop reading. I highly recommend to anybody who is thinking about buying a home.

Sean does a great job keeping you interested and laying all the facts onto the table. I already recommended this book to my sister and will continue to recommend to others.
