About the Author Steve Christensen has become an authoritative voice and thought leader in the retail and wholesale frozen dessert community both in the United States and internationally. After opening and operating a number of frozen custard stores in his native Australia, Steve was invited by a major US equipment manufacturer to the United States, and moved here with his family in 2004. By Karen Klemens Steve has been an amazing mentor, teacher, and inspiration since I first heard him give a presentation at Penn State's Short Course on Ice Cream. Steve knows his stuff -- he's been a business owner in the ice cream industry -- so I'm looking forward to reading more about how to recruit, retain and motivate employees. Steve is a knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging speaker so I expect book to be the same. Many of the principals that I use in my business today is because of the guidance I learned from Steve. So glad it's now on paper!

I don't know Stephen but I have watched his teachings in the business for a few years and I am always very impressed with what he has to offer. This is a great tool for my own personal/business growth.
