The Russian girls I meet on my travels have consistently been elegant, often classically trained in an artistic or musical endeavor, impeccably dressed, eloquent possibly as a result of reading classics from Tolstoy and Nabokov, and extremely feminine yet also strong mentally and physically. Of all the unique young women from across the globe I've photographed over the last 12+ years, it is this single Russian girl featured in this book for whom I receive the most inquiries. Although she wishes to remain anonymous, I can tell you she is an outgoing, smiley, and very modern, beautiful girl. A sharp contrast to the outdated stereotype of the calculated, cold, classical beauty often seen in Western film. I hope this book can properly serve as a small tribute to my many Russian friends, their culture, and the hospitality they have shown me and many others over the years. At the end of this book, I've included a few bloopers from our days together. Although not "professional" photos, I think they add to understanding her overall fun loving attitude and hopefully put a smile on your face.

By NBiscuit19 My oldest brother was awestruck at the beauty of the Russian women on our family vacation to St. Petersburg and Moscow this summer. Beautiful and elegant women everywhere we turned. Over our nine days he sounded like a broken record of "Why don't we have girls like this back home?'" and "There goes another one!" as his head spun and his jaw dropped everywhere we went.When we returned home I searched Amazon for the perfect birthday present and decided on this wonderful book. He loved it! The young women featured is absolutely stunning and takes him back to our summer holiday. It's nice that it's a straightforward book about a beautiful girl, but is artistic and elegant at the same time. Great to see this girl presented without makeup or retouching any of the photos. Well done.
