As a former staff developer/teacher trainer, I can see how this book would help train others entering leadership or trainer positions even though it is addressing the real estate industry. As I read this book, I found many aspects I could use in my field. Definately a must for the real estate industry. I hope there are more in the future. This was definitely a teaser that left me wanting more.

The book is interesting, at times funny, and thought provoking. They have undoubtedly gained much knowledge from dealing with people and coworkers in many situations and I find myself waiting for the next book. This is a must read !
