1 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Disappointing By jimn I was well schooled in the "Always be Closing" method of selling and I was really anxious to read this book. I was disappointed. I only read half of it and put it away. Perhaps the gems were in the 2nd half but I found it lacking in specific guidance. For instance, one section talks about the benefit of igniting the desire to buy on the customers part rather than on the hard sell. I agree with the premise. I searched for specifics on how to ignite desire and I came up short-- or rather the book did. For me, a great disappointment.
