Mark is a Brilliant, competent, and effective leader that has given us his answer key to conquer execution issues. It is very well written and the leaders guide and participant guide are strong platforms to develop future Gapologist. I am very appreciative of Mark and Brian both, it is obvious that what’s most important to them is that others fully understand, utilize, and benefit from Gapology.
