1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. A quick read but your not missing anything if you skip it By Duane Very quick read. Some content was useful. I give 3 stars (rather than 2) because the book is short so you can't really expect a lot anyway. If it was any longer I wouldn't have finished it. I stumbled over the grammatical error too many times to count. There were also a couple of references to other content that I couldn't find (such as "see the pages about ...." - I couldn't find that information).

I work in sales and I needed some new tips to get my customers to actually listen to me and not hang up right away. This book includes some nice rebutles you can use for your future customers and how to start the conversation the right way to get them to listen to you. This book is a great buy and anyone who is in sales should purchase it!
