Good manual, plenty advice and food for thought By Slava M Nice book for a beginner and intermediate levels, gives good points and ideas, would improve your skill quickly and significantly...The technical insights wouldn't 'excite' a seasoned photographer, but would prevent a lot of stress and dissapointment to a person who is only starting sports photography as a hobby. Enjoyed the read!

But, instead I was greatly disappointed by this e-book. This book basically is about how to use the built in sports seeing on some digital cameras, and hope for the best. Recommends using "half button press" instead of using back button for focus. Nothing about monopods, etc. Even post processing tips are basic, and some terminology is vague...e.g. when author mentions pixelated photos I suspect he is really referring to noise. Oh well, hopefully others will not waste money on this book.

Not as technical as a seasoned photg would like but great for those who are interested in sports photography and great for beginners. I would recommend this book.
