Dennis I wish this book was available during my job search many moons ago. It would have made things so much easier. The author definitely speaks from experience and does a fantastic job. What's nice is he goes beyond the actual interview and discusses things like research, trial interviews and handling objections. He dives deep into the actual interview process as well.A great book for the well seasoned professional, the new college graduate or anyone in-between. Thank you Mr. Hayes for putting such a nice book together so others can benefit!
