By Larry Hochwald This is the most comprehensive, straightforward and practical guide of its type that I have ever come across. If you have questions regarding decorum, behavior, appropriateness in the workplace, during training, facilitating, socializing at work, handling work related cocktail parties and events, or business meetings or meals---this book has all the answers! I was not only impressed at its well thought-out design and content, but was amazed at all the questions it answered, that I didn't know I had, but certainly would have needed an answer to when I was in the actual situation---and it would've been too late! This is an invaluable tool for employees, employers and entrepreneurs. I have read other articles and seen interviews with this author. She knows what she's talking about and has a great deal of resources available, in the unlikely event you come across a situation so unusual that it's not covered here. Incidentally, the information and suggestions in this book will carry you through a lot of social settings as well. I highly recommend this book and this author expert.
