This book is a 'must-have' for those going into retirement who need a plan for financial freedom and a way to leave a legacy to By joni wilson Jose Santiagos book: 50 Shades of Wealth, holds a very important gift for the reader between it's pages. I purchased this book upon the recommendation from a friend who saw me struggling with a task most of us don't want to face. Knowing it's time to put our financial affairs in order is one of those thing we avoid, procrastonate, and file away under: "I'll do this when it's time!" According to Santiago, by the time you figure out that it's "time"; it's often too late to aquire the money you will need to retire in style or even to simply survive. This book speaks to that subject we "don't want to talk about" and not only offers a plan but gives the lucky readers an actual video course to help them leave their legacy! My eyes opened very wide with the numbers Santiago quotes showing how we are now living longer then expected. Most insurance and retirement funds are still based on the average age we were to die in the early 1900's (47 years for men, 50 years for women), instead of the actual life expectance in 2015 (80.54 years for men, and 82.83 years for women, and climbing!) No wonder all of the pension funds are running out of money. Jose Santiago gives you the tools you will need to plan for those extra 30 years. The video lessons are just what I needed to set my feet firmly on financial ground. This book is a 'must-have' for those going into retirement who need a plan for financial freedom and a way to leave a legacy to those they love.
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. 50 Shades of Wealth Was an Eye Opener for Me By Jason P Jordan How to Build True Wealth, Master Asset Protection, and Ensure Your Legacy"Legacy is one of those taboo types of thing that we run away from discussing and as a result we always or most of the time end up not really consciously take steps in order to achieve one."For me, the best part of the book lies in Part V, "5 Golden Keys to Implement Your Legacy". Here Santiago helped me understand that we need to better prepare as a family in case my wife or I become critically ill. Santiago states, "Legacy is beyond you, beyond fame and fortune, but to a person suffering from the impact of a critical illness; it can be overwhelming and distressing for the patient as well as his or her relatives." I agree with Santiago here, that even if you recover from a life threatening illness, it will take a toll on your finances. This section of the book made me re-evaluate the type and amount of insurance my wife and I have.As someone who has lived overseas for sometime I was surprised to learn of a system called GCC. Great insights and the bonuses inside the book are worth more than what I paid for the book. Thanks for the writing the book Jose! If you are investing at all in your future you should definitely read this book.
