By Jen McDonough Oh gosh, can you imagine where our organizations would be without the drama? Drama eats up energy and resources for any organization and in the modern economy, leaders can’t afford this inefficiency. Some of the benefits can include lower healthcare costs, great productivity, employee engagement, and less employee turnover. McIntee does a awesome job drawing from his experiences as an executive coach and corporate trainer to identify the reasons for team drama and suggest solutions to rectify the problem. LOVE IT!

Dennis provides a concrete set of steps for creating a culture that is dynamic, effective, and drama-free. There is a proven way to achieve all this, Dennis clearly has the experience and authority to help, and the best part is: he wrote a brief, clear instruction manual (not hundreds of pages, but just the essentials... which is the way I like it!).
