Why Introverts matter By Amazon Customer A great review of "Quiet" by Susan Cain, a book about the research findings of how introverts and extroverts interact. While there are many great tools to strengthen and support the traits of extroverts, like group brainstorming, these tools stifle individual creativity and lower the quality of collective work. Being an introvert may be an inherited trait, and should be valued in our society because it produces phenomenal work.This review includes 8 key takeaways that make it easier to apply the self-help knowledge contained in Cain's book, "Quiet." Being formatted in such a way allows you to quickly see the suggestions and follow Cain's argument succinctly. I highly recommend this review!

Many times quiet people are either overlooked or thought of as weird, but like anyone else, they have a lot to offer.This summary is a perfect companion to the full length book. If you are short on time or simply need a teaser before purchasing the full book, I recommend this summary by Eureka Books.

Quiet: by Susan Cain/Key Takeaways, Analysis & Review: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking, by Eureka Books is a superb review of a book that examines the latest findings comparing introverts and extroverts.Cain’s book, the review points out, though it focuses mainly on introverts, shows that when combined the two personality traits can augment each other. An excellent analysis and review, which includes an assessment of the author’s background and style of writing, this book alone would be helpful to anyone who has to manage or deal with groups of mixed personalities. It certainly made me want to read the Cain book. If, however, you don’t have time for the entire book, you simply must read this review.
