About the Author Ryan T. Sauers is President/Owner of Sauers Consulting Strategies. The firm consults with private held organizations across North America. EVERYONE By Rick Sauers While I am nearly 70 I found this book to be a great overview of all of the methods of communication from human dialogue to Twitter-- and thus it truly opened my eyes to the "new world of personal communications" in all in shapes and sizes! Mr. Sauers has spun his book in a very unique style that emulates face to face conversation that I found both interesting and more understandable. His in depth knowledge on this whole sphere of what is lumped together as "social media" was so insightful and useful that I would recommend this book to anyone from their early twenties to those my age and even older. Why? Because we are all surrounded by and impacted by these facts of lightening speed and dynamic communications whether we like it or not. So why not learn about it so you can either participate or "defend yourself" from the reality of these times. Sauers deserves an A+ on knowledge and the same on content delivery. What a great question every seasoned sales rep should ask themselves. It's like the "Golden Rule" that our parents have always taught us...but on a professional level. Ryan Sauers delivers great, thought provoking content on how to reach out and engage with our customers in today's market. It's a refreshing to read about topics such as asking "deeper" questions, developing your own personal brand, selling with social media, and keeping a life balance. "Would you buy from you?" is a book that every sales rep/entrepreneur should read. Well done Ryan!

It covers so many aspects of why people think and act as they do. Sauers combines humor, business acuity and people skills to write a book packed with information from beginning to end. He helps make sense out of a rapidly changing world that is constantly connected based on a philosophy he refers to as PACT. This philosophy relies on achieving successful sales and communication by building personal "Brands". He presents some very unique concepts in a very easy and enjoyable style to comprehend.Sheila A
