By Natasha Moore I came across Pro Choice: A Financial Guide for Women while looking for a new, easier way to balance my work life with my home life. I am so glad I picked this one up. I am currently working two jobs and trying to raise a family but with the helpful tips and information in this book I will soon be able to work solely from home. This book helped me gain the confidence I needed to go out and do what men are doing, only better. The inspirational stories from other women just like myself were terribly empowering and helped give me the push I needed.The facts and statistics that this book offers are almost unbelievable. I never realized how big of an advantage that women have when it comes to investing. We have a different way of looking at things that men simply don't have. I have tried investing many times before but never with much success. I learned the reasons that I was not having financial success as well as how to implement solutions into my financial planning to get better results.This book was an extremely helpful guide that I will be using as a reference as I begin my financial journey. As far as I am concerned this book has already bought itself many times over. I would highly recommend this book to any woman out there whether you feel trapped with your current financial situation or simply need that extra shove to get you motivated to invest.

A wise investment By Lesley H I would have given this book a full five stars, but as I'm in the UK some of the advice given is aimed exclusively at the US market so wasn't entirely relevant. That said, I still learnt a lot of very useful information about the whys and wherefores of financial planning and found the book to be very informative and empowering. I loved that the book is aimed exclusively at women. Surprisingly, in this day and age, finance still seems to be very much a man's world, and some women, even the younger ones, give it very little thought, leaving the financial side of things to their partner.I was born in the sixties and really wish that I had received some sort of financial education at school. I've made a lot of monetary mistakes over the years but I feel that this book will help me to get back on track. Pro-Choice should be required reading for any young woman who wishes to make the most of their future. Money is something that can make or break us, and I'm sure that this wise and thoroughly well researched guide will prove to be a wise investment if you want to make the most of your hard earned cash.
